Defend the Safe Area in Contamination Zone Weekly Mode and be careful with staying outside, you might end up more beaten up than after fighting a Fleshpound. Unfortunately, there has been another outbreak besides the Zeds, and it’s a really dangerous Contamination in the air. Who knew Zeds could dive? Clean up the facility in the new map, Subduction. Unveil the secrets of a Horzine Deep Sea Underwater research base, deep in the Marianas Trench, that has definitely seen better days. ![]() Last Hans Standing (2023) Killing Floor 2 update 17.4 Unlockable Outfit and ZED-Conomy Update.17.2 New Weapons: Helios Rifle for the Firebug.15.2 Things That Go "Bump" In The Night!. ![]() You can’t carry both nailgun and Kriss to deal with big zeds, and Glock is just okay at dealing with big zeds. Still it’s carry weight of 8 is the biggest downfall. Just hold ADS and shoot away while tanking everything until your armor is gone. It can be fun using it with Tact movement and Assault armor. Glock & Shield: Damage reduction when aiming down sight is 60%. Fun to use and maybe viable for eco early game with stabs, but it’s ammo is pretty expensive. Great for solo games but idk it’s hard to have a decent skill tree synergy builds with Mosin and other SS weapons to be an effective big zed killer with the capacity to hold your own lane unless you have good aim (compared to EBR or Rail/M99 SS). If you get used to it it’s fun, but FN Fal is so much better anyways. It deals decent damage, and EBR + Bow build is solid, but it has a small delay after you release the fire button when the arrow fires. If you want it to be more effective killing trash zeds, you have to use line’em up and the map has to have a small hallway where the shrapnels can bounce, but reload speed without speedloader takes eternity.Ĭompound bow: too finicky to get used to. It’s not even that good of a sidearm either. Like why does the weapon have more damage on its shrapnel than its bullet impact. Unless I’m playing this stupid build that uses T5 rhinos with bone breaker and tell myself I’m playing borderlands 2 using a Fibber pistol. It’s weight of 4 per pistol is a bit ridiculous so it’s hard to fit into most builds without sacrificing a lot of the damage other pistols can provide Fun to use but never really viable if you are playing seriously or have to carry. You have to be pretty close to zeds for it to be accurate, but all in all decent spray and pray weapon. Glocks: the accuracy and the bullet spread is the biggest down fall. I would say worst DLC weapon ever made if you are playing to carry. ![]() Just a cool weapon but not much practicality. ![]() Every other none DLC weapon options for the perks are better but it’s lower weight can be nice when you want to run a build that allows for room to buy a HMTech-101 on demo. The ammo is too expensive and the ammo pool is too small to be a decent trash killing weapon either. You have little to no margin of error when killing big zeds and have to land headshots. The shotgun mode is bad and with 3 shots in the mag playing it with support or demo doesn’t feel like you can do much. Damage is fair but definitely outclassed by other zerk weapons due to lack of utility or raw damageīlunderbuss: for both support and demo it’s not good. It will fire panic zeds which can be beneficial or annoying depending on how you play. Ion Thruster: longest melee range and a special attack that can knock down zeds in front of you. I’ll just give you a run down of uniqueness factor and let you decide on your own. The first bite is amazing but as you keep eating you want to throw up. Buying them is like eating greasy Chinese food. They are more of a ‘fun’ to use weapons until you realize counter non DLC weapons are better. I don’t think any of them are really worth it, though maybe I shouldn’t say that when I’ve bought them all.
